Your reward is just a
few simple steps away

The physical gift card will be delivered along with your Ledger device. The card will be inside an envelope. Gently scratch the gray area of the card to reveal the code.

Note: The card also contains a QR code that takes you to the step-by-step instructions for claiming your BTC.

To claim your reward, you first need to create a Refer a friend account:

1. Open the Ledger Live app.
2. Navigate to the Discover section.
3. Select Refer a friend app.

After you create your account, you’ll be able to access the dashboard and claim your BTC. You can find detailed instructions for creating the account here → How to join the Refer a friend.

The reward will be displayed in your balance in the referral account dashboard. To receive your reward, you need to have a BTC address. You can claim your BTC after 30 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your balance as Pending. 

Follow these steps:

1. Click Claim your reward.
2. Add your new or existing Bitcoin account where the reward will be sent. 
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the process.

You can claim your BTC after 30 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your balance as Pending.

You have 1 year to redeem the code through Ledger Live and 1 year to claim your BTC.

If you delete your Refer a friend account, you won’t be able to use the same ETH address to create a new one. If you have any unclaimed rewards on this account, they will be lost.

1. Check the purchase date and time to ensure that the order was placed during the campaign.
2. The promotion applies to Ledger Nano X and Ledger Nano S Plus. Gift cards aren’t included with bundles and packs or accessories.

During the promotion, if I purchase Ledger Nano X or Ledger Nano S Plus using a referral link, will I receive multiple gift cards?
In that case, you will receive one Ledger’s Safe Journey gift card.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order and get a full refund. Keep in mind that the unscratched gift card needs to be returned as well.
