NEW: Ravencoin and Hedera Hashgraph now supported on Ledger devices!

As of today, Ravencoin (RVN) and Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) are now compatible with Ledger devices. This concerns both the Ledger Nano X and the Ledger Nano S. These third-party developed apps can be installed through Ledger Live’s Manager, after which you can use the compatible third-party wallet application to manage these newly added crypto assets.

We’re excited to have Ravencoin and Hedera Hashgraph join the ranks of Ledger-compatible cryptocurrencies. The applications are now available for both the Ledger Nano X and the Ledger Nano S. Through our coin integration program, communities can develop and submit Ledger applications for their favorite cryptocurrency. Today’s additions have been a result of this program, where third-party developers of the Ravencoin and Hedera Hashgraph communities have created their applications and sent them to us for review. Having passed our review, we are thrilled to have these applications available in the Ledger Live Manager as of today.

Ravencoin

Possibly one of the most requested crypto assets to be supported on our Social Media platforms, Ravencoin is an open-source, proof-of-work blockchain that was launched on 3 January 2018. It has been created to enable instant global transfer of any real-world (such as gold) or digital assets. 

Ledger users can use the Ravencoin app with the Electrum-RVN desktop wallet to manage their RVN – read more about this here.

Hedera Hashgraph

Hedera Hashgraph’s mainnet was released on 16 September 2019, bringing an enterprise-grade decentralized public network which is mentioned to be able to process 10,000 transactions per second at a low fee.
