Kirsty joined Ledger in 2022 and is our VP of Business Operations. Kirsty has led large Operational and M&A teams in both B2B & B2C sectors and has delivered outstanding operational results and complex integrations at both scale & pace. Kirsty is passionate about AI and technology, and leverages these to deliver customer service and operational effectiveness. She is responsible for our Customer Success Teams, our Project Management team, and M&A Integration.
