Michael joined Ledger in 2021 to drive strategy and M&A. Michael started his career at Deloitte and has since managed M&A and strategy teams in globally renowned businesses across telecoms, payments and crypto industries.
Transactions have included the sell side of Visa Europe for $18B and buy-side transactions in low latency trading infrastructure, cloud computing, cross border payments and many more across a variety of regions around the world.
Michael is also an investor in Ledger’s venture arm, Ledger Cathay Capital – investing into early stage web3 businesses.
