Hedera: a uniquely structured technology

Your Ledger Live app has an exciting new feature. 

From now on, you can buy, send and receive your HBAR coins directly with your Ledger Live app simply by creating your MyHbarWallet account using a Ledger device and then import it into Ledger Live. You can find more information here.

There’s no need for an additional wallet. It’s fast, seamless and secure.

Important note: due to the unique design of Hedera Hashgraph, you will only be able to add an Hedera account to Ledger Live if you already have an Hedera account ID associated with your Ledger device. If it’s not already the case, you can follow this simple tutorial to create your Hedera account.

You can now also buy HBAR coins with our partner MoonPay through Ledger Live, using different payment methods such as your credit card or a wire transfer. All you need is to:

1- Import your HBAR account on the app.

2- Go to the “Buy” tab in Ledger Live and choose our partner MoonPay.

3- Choose the amount you want to purchase and the payment method you want to use.

4- And that’s it!
