Welcome, Carl Anderson and Steven Dolcemaschio
Ledger has seen an incredible year of growth. As our CEO Pascal Gauthier just announced, our team now stands at 500 employees strong, and we plan to hire upwards of two hundred more in the next 12 months. We’ve been joined by former Apple executives, an Emmy-nominated executive producer, as well as some of the smartest people working in digital assets today.
Today we’d like to welcome two more outstanding new team members: Carl Anderson, VP of Engineering B2C and Steven Dolcemaschio, Head of Cultural Marketing and Special Operations.
Carl comes to Ledger from Trainline, Europe’s leading train and coach application, where he served as Director of Engineering. He began his developer career in Silicon Valley before bringing his talents to various startups including French music streaming service, Deezer. As VP of Engineering for our consumer practice, Carl will ensure that Ledger hardware and software are made with you, the user, in mind. Welcome to Ledger, Carl!
Carl Anderson – VP of Engineering B2C
Steven joins Ledger from Dashlane, Sonos, and Converse, where he held roles including Senior Director of Global Brand and Content Marketing and Director of Global Brand and Cultural Marketing. With almost fifteen years of experience in cultural marketing, brand and retail experiential marketing, and communications. Steven will be instrumental in the public perception of Ledger as we continue to pave the way for Web3 adoption, especially as we work to further connect with newcomers to crypto. Welcome, Steven!
Steven Dolcemaschio – Head of Cultural Marketing & Special Ops
With Carl and Steven’s help, we’re centering the consumer experience for Ledger customers. We know that crypto can be intimidating for newcomers, and as they continue to pour into the space, an easy and educational user experience has to be a priority. At Ledger, we’re making the gateway to Web3 easy, educational and secure.
Thank you, Carl and Steven — we can’t wait to see what you’ll do here.
